Blender / food processor — blackout Wh honesty
When mid stations work briefly for a smoothie or chop — motor watts first, Wh second. Cousin kitchen loads: toaster · espresso / kettle.
When mid stations work briefly
- Countertop blenders often nameplate 500–1,500 W. Peak pulses on ice/frozen loads can trip mid inverters even when average looks fine.
- Personal / bullet blenders are usually kinder (200–600 W) — the honest blackout win for a quick shake.
- Food processors often sit in the mid hundreds of watts with short duty — brief pulses fit many 1 kWh-class stations.
- Wh is easy if continuous W clears: 60 seconds of blend barely dents a 1 kWh pack.
- Immersion sticks are often the most station-friendly chop tool in a blackout.
