Power station runtime calculator for NZ and Australia
Most runtime charts are written for 120 V US appliances. A NZ/AU electric jug or heater usually draws 2,000–2,400 W, which can exceed a station's continuous output entirely. Add your own appliances below and see the estimated runtime and whether each model can actually run the load.
1. Your appliances
Use the label on your appliance. If it only shows amps: watts = 230 × amps. For fridges, use average running watts and enter start surge separately.
Typical values are rough NZ/AU ranges, not measurements of your device. Replace them with your label figures.
2. Results by model
| Model | Wh | Continuous / surge AC | Can it run all at once? | Est. runtime | Price |
|---|
Specs from manufacturer product pages (all seven re-checked 29 Oct 2026; Elite 100 V2 surge 3,600 W is from the BLUETTI manual — the product page now lists 2,700 W Power Lifting only). Figures are from US 120 V pages; NZ/AU 230 V variants can differ slightly; confirm NZ/AU variant specs on the listing. Runtime = Wh × usable % ÷ total running watts. Real runtime varies with temperature, battery age, cycling loads and standby draw — keep a safety margin for medical devices.
